Transfer Station

Location

Address: Pokagon Highway next to Evergreen Cemetery
Hours: 8AM-12PM.
The Transfer Station will be open the first and third Saturdays, March through November, weather permitting.
NOTE: Transfer Station will be closed on the following Saturdays: July 1st and September 2nd 2023.

Permissions

OPEN TO POKAGON TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY

Proof of residency may be asked prior to being allowed to unload your items.

The Transfer Station is a service subsidized by the Township Board as a service to the residents of Pokagon Township which is why we must limit it to the residents of the township ONLY.

Rates

  • $5 per barrel
  • $5 – $15 per car or station ​​wagon​​
  • $30 – $35 per level pick-up
  • $40 and up for larger vehicles
  • $10 – $20 for appliance
  • $ 80 and up full trailer loads
